Why Did Democrats in Congress Allow Ms. Hicks to Testify in Closed Session? Rather than hold open/public hearings too, why are Democrats only releasing transcripts which the general public and much of the well informed public won’t read? Why are Democrats in Congress failing to enforce their authority either in court, through its inherent powers, or through fines, and giving the appearance of fecklessness, powerlessness in the face of obvious lawlessness by both Trump and his officials? Americans with People Throughout the World Must Rise Up, Protect, and Defend Their Blessings – Those God Given Inalienable Rights

People across the world are fighting back against those who would rob them of those same blessings of freedom, democracy, decency and humanity – those inalienable God given rights Americans declared in their Declaration of Independence – that Americans have spent 243 years fighting for against the ever present, ever lasting tyrants, abusers, and unjust in this world.
In Hong Kong, these past few weeks, the public’s seen its people fight against being extradited to the monstrous and brutal legal system of China’s criminal, authoritarian, dictatorial, and kleptocratic rulers’. The people of Hong Kong have had a great measure of democracy, freedom, decency, and humanity in their administrative history under the British. After experiencing such blessings, being extradited to China is like being condemned to hell. So, news reports have shown them in battle with police and battling political forces seeking passage of the extradition bill. The people of Hong Kong were not, are not, just standing by while China’s Minions seek to destroy their freedoms, decency, and humanity and replace them with monstrous brutality and inhumanity. Hong Kong’s people responded – they fought back and forced the government to suspend consideration of the bill. They’ve since moved for it to be permanently shelved and for China’s Minions to resign. Americans should be proud of what the people of Hong Kong have done to protect and defend their blessings – their inalienable rights.
In Russia, the kleptocratic, brutal, and authoritarian regime of Putin, charged, arrested, and confined Ivan Golunov, a famous investigative journalist praised for his reporting on corruption, of drug dealing. Given Russia’ history of suspected killings/murders, attacks, harassing, and silencing of journalist, bloggers, and other media figures, Golunov’s arrest was not surprising. But what was surprising was the massive public protests, demonstrations, and outrage at what was perceived as false/fabricated charges. The public’s outrage and response caused officials to drop the charges and release Golunov. To the Russian people, the indecency, inhumanity, and violation of Golunov’s rights were just too much to bare without expressing their outrage against evil and demands for correction. The authorities were wise to reverse course. And Americans should admire what the Russian people did in that instance of rejecting abuses and protecting and defending their blessings – their inalienable rights.
At a time when America/Americans’ rights to vote to freely and to fairly chose their leaders and to have freedom, democracy, decency, and humanity are under attack from Criminal Traitor Trump/Republicans/Putin&Russia/WCCL/Minions, they should take courage and examples from those instances of resistance by the people of Hong Kong and by the people of Russia in protecting and in defending their God given inalienable rights – those blessings. And they should use that courage and those examples as additional ways to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

This blogger writes this blog in the early morning hours before the House Committee on the Judiciary hold contempt proceeding on AG William Barr hoping and praying that Congress will do the right thing, have the courage, and hold AG William Barr accountable for his disrespectful and lawless and illegal defiance of Congress and the people’s House of Representatives. This blogger prays others will support and urge this House of Representatives to reject and sanction, with at least contempt and fines, the conduct of William Barr as a protection for themselves and their democratic republic against a corrupt official minion underboss of a corrupt Criminal Traitor boss.
The USA Congresses have histories 2nd to none other in the world as defenders and protectors of the people’s rights. Sure, they have had plenty of periods when they had not lived up to their noble roles for which they can be criticized. But today, hours before the contempt proceedings against AG William Barr, this blogger wants to emphasize, his admiration for the more noble periods in the histories of the USA’s Congresses when they have taken stands to defend and protect the people and the American systems of constitutional order, rule of law, and democratic republic. We want to emphasize American Congresses’ nobler roles because Americans/America are under attack from a domestic enemy who is a Criminal Traitor Crime Boss and his Underboss, Republican Fixer, Justice Obstructing, Covering up/Whitewashing Elite Attorney General William Barr.
Americans’ two Congresses have played noble roles in the nation’s history. Americans remember that it was the predecessor Congress and this successor Congress that helped guide the nation to declare its independence; had the wisdom to appoint a great commander in chief, General George Washington, to lead the Revolutionary War for independence; appointed other able leaders, as diplomats, representative, and agents of the 13 colonies; guided and passed much of the enabling legislation for the new government and nation created by the 1787 Constitution; supported President Lincoln in saving the nation during the Civil War; wrote the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments to ensure the freed men’s freedoms, citizenship, and rights; and did so much more good to defend and protect men and women in the USA and around the world. Like its predecessor Congress, the current Congress is vital for helping the people to protect and defend their system of civil rights and liberties and freedoms.
Let’s support our Congress and its people’s House of Representatives in enforcing their rights/responsibilities against lawless leaders, would be tyrants/authoritarians/dictators, and their official minions who are an existential threat to this Congress’ and its predecessor Congress’ good works that provides protections and defense for Americans/America. In a blogs written on this websites its been written that Attorney General William Barr was appointed by Republican Trump and approved by a Republican Senate to corruptly perpetrate Republicans’ frauds, scams, and deceptions on the public of covering up/whitewashing the Trump/Republican/Putin&Russia and crimes investigations. And since he began corruptly orchestrating such scams, frauds, and deceptions to coverup Trump’s conspiracies and crimes and to frustrate further investigations into Trump’s conspiracies and crimes soon after taking office, this blogger wrote several blogs against him and his behavior. ON 03/28/2019, in the blog “WHERE ARE THE DEMOCRATS? WHY ARE THEY SILENT ON WHAT BARR HAS DONE? ATTORNEY GENERAL WILLIAM BARR SHOULD BE UNDER INVESTIGATIONS FOR OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE”, it was written, “Attorney General William Barr should be under investigations for obstruction of justice”.
So, what are the alleged corrupt scams, frauds, and deceptions perpetrated by Attorney General Barr to coverup/whitewash Trump’s conspiracies and crimes? The first scam is practicing the unequal administration of justice. When it comes to the lower social economic classes to which this blogger belongs, Barr believes in strict law and order throw the book at them administration of justice. But when it come to the higher social economic elites to which Trump belongs, Barr believes in soft no laws broken, no investigations, no charges, and no prosecutions of them administration of justice. So, Attorney General Barr is a dangerous, callous, hypocrite to hundreds of millions of lower social economic class Americans for administering unequal justice to them while giving Trump like elites a pass.
The second corrupt set of frauds or scams occurred shortly after Attorney General William Barr was sworn into office when he abruptly and illegally began wrecking the special counsel investigations and prosecutions long before they were completed or his legal mission was accomplished which amounted to the AG’s obstructions of justice. That is part of Barr’s career pattern of protecting Republican elites from the law, from investigations, from charges, and from prosecutions. Proof is all over the investigations and prosecutions that they were not complete and that Attorney General Barr came into the investigations and prosecutions and like the Career Republican Hack, Career Republican Fixer, Career Republican Henchman, Career Republican Underboss, Republican Partisan that he was, and prematurely and illegally sought to end or interrupted or interfered in as much of Mueller’s ongoing investigations and prosecutions as possible. So, William Barr has walked in and sought to sludge hammer as much of the Mueller investigations and prosecutions as he could to protect Republican elites!
Barr’s created a mess! Why! To coverup/whitewash! Attorney General Barr is reckless in committing obstruction of justice for criminal traitor elites like Trump! The mystery corporation case which was being prosecuted by Mueller is ongoing. The public learned last week when the judge refused to release information about the case in a freedom of information lawsuit because it was ongoing. The grand jury which Mueller convened is ongoing which the public learned last week, again because when questioned by the judge Mueller’s prosecutor said, it was still operating. The Roger Stone case was being prosecuted by Mueller’s prosecutors and was to go to trial this fall; so, where is it at? The Miller case was being prosecuted by Mueller to compel Miller’s testimony; so, where is it at in the judicial process? Mueller’s prosecutors were handling Michael Flynn’s case; so, where’s it at since Mueller’s prosecutors still have to appear in court for Flynn’s sentencing? As said before so much is unexplained/incomplete/unfinished that any stopping of the Mueller investigations at this point amounts to a coverup/whitewash by Republican Fixer, Trump Underboss, Republican Hack, Attorney General William Barr.
The third set of scams, frauds, and deceptions perpetrated by Attorney General Barr to coverup/whitewash Trump’s conspiracies and crimes centers around William Barr’s nefarious and demon like release and management of information about the Mueller Report. He wrote what is widely viewed as an inadequate Barr Summary. William Barr is full of arrogance in thinking he can literally spit in the public’s face and get away with it by producing an inadequate Barr Summary of the Mueller Report and by giving the public his – get that – his – get that – his redacted version of the Mueller Report. Is Attorney General Barr so arrogant as to think that the public, the Congress, the Courts, the Democrats will accept Republican Barr’s redacted version of the Mueller Report from Barr A Republican Hack, A Republican Fixer, A Republican Partisan, A Republican Trump Underboss, and a Republican Senate confirmed in your face coverup/whitewash implementer? Yes, he is because he done it before and thinks he’ll get away with it again!!!!!
So, Congress needs to haul Attorney General Barr before it and hold him accountable for answering: Why is he covering for Republican elites who are suspected of committing crimes when he’s so hard and tough on the lower classes who commit crimes? Why did he recklessly and illegally take a sludge hammer to the Mueller investigations and prosecutions long before they had ended while some are right now still pending in litigation and before Mueller had accomplished his legally mandated mission? And why is he attempting to write the Mueller Report according to his biases, partisan ends, and judgements rather than allow Mueller or the courts to speak through the original report and their finished work? And why shouldn’t he be charged with obstruction of justice for deliberately and maliciously interfering with and wrecking and creating a mess of Mueller’s investigations, prosecutions, and court cases?
It is this blogger’s belief that once the Congress has considered through hearings and investigations the above questions it should proceed to refer to the DOJ obstruction of justice charges against Barr for his obvious and provable corrupt frauds, scams, and deceptions against the Mueller investigations and prosecutions amounting to obstructions of justice. The evidence of Trump’s crimes and treason is already out in the public sphere. It has been built up in the past 3 years in full public view. Democrats/Republicans/Independents/Patriots only need to build upon it through a few additional hearings/investigations and should then proceed to do their duty to impeach and try Trump for crimes and treason. And in spite of the elites – Trump/Pelosi/Republicans/Barr/Mueller/and Some Democrats and their phony interpretation of the Mueller Report – attempts to coverup/whitewash Trump’s crimes and treason and betrayals, Democrats/Republicans/Independents/Patriots should through additional hearings/investigations strengthen proofs of Trump’s crimes and treason, impeach, and try him. Trump’s unfit to serve America and Americans and is an existential threats to humanity, decency, constitutional order, rule of law, America’s democratic republic, and Americans’ freedoms and liberties. He’s a Putin/Russia Puppet/Agent.
Democrats should proceed with their hearing and investigations without allowing Republican Puppet/Trojan Horse Pelosi and Senator Christopher Coons to sidetrack them or cause them to stumble around ineffectively and be lead around like docile animals on chains. Republican Puppet/Trojan Horse Pelosi seeks to stealthily snooker them with arguments of inappropriate comparisons, of fear of division, and of appeasement and assurances to Trump, saying to him we’re not trying to impeach you. And her reasoning enables and allows a continuation of Trump/Republicans’ crimes and treason by creating requirements of bipartisanship and unconstitutional constraints on the impeachment process. She also makes inappropriate, insulting, dumb comparisons to Clinton’s impeach. She’s truly a disgrace, a coward, and a defender of Trump.
And Republican Fixer Barr’s Report ought to be given no weigh by Congress’ Democrats/Republicans/Independents/Patriots since the Barr Report is an illegitimate, biased, and untruthful invention designed to shield Criminal Traitor Trump and to allow him to remain in his position in order to continue his conspiracies and crimes against the USA in his TRUMP/REPUBLICANS/PUTIN&RUSSIA/WCCL Wars Against America! It’s clear that from the beginning of Trump’s firing of Sessions and his replacement of Whitaker, Trump/Republicans were looking for a fixer, who they found in Republican Fixer Barr, to criminally obstruct justice and perform a coverup/whitewash of the Trump/Republican/Putin&Russia crimes and conspiracies against the USA. Please Congress exercise your independent, constitutionally granted powers to decide Trump’s fate. Barr facilitates Criminal Traitor Trump’s attacks on America and Americans and sets the stage for him to continue his assaults upon and poisonous injections of venom into America and Americans by falsely claiming victimization in stating, “no president should have to go through this again”. But Trump has savagely attacked America, subjected them to insane twitter rants, denied them income/necessities, and attacked them. We know the daughter of the author of the poem/song, The Snake, says Trump is the snake written of. He continues to inject his poisonous venom into a people and nation that has helped give him every opportunity but which he’s nevertheless has betrayed and committed crimes against to satisfy his insatiable thirst for money/profits, own business interests, power, and self aggrandizement.
Thankfully, Congress has rejected the Barr Report as illegitimate, biased, and untruthful and demanded the full delivery of the Mueller Report and its underlying documents. Hopefully Congress will use its own independent hearings/investigations to determine how to vote on whether or not to impeach Criminal Traitor Trump. Barr has allied with Criminal Traitor Trump to help him escape accountability and to obstruct justice. He has abused his authority and position to shield and place Criminal Traitor Trump into a position to continue his conspiracy and crimes against the USA in the TRUMP/REPUBLICANS/PUTIN&RUSSIA/WCCL Wars Against America! Republican Fixer Barr made his bed with Trump long before Trump appointed him to become Attorney General and the Republican controlled Senate approved him as Attorney General.
It is Congress’ Job to decide upon the guilt or innocence of Trump based upon its hearings/investigations and the Mueller Report not Barr’s Summary/Report. It is inappropriate for Partisan Republican Fixer Barr to decide how much of Mueller’s Report to release and to interpret it as clearing Trump of conspiracy and crimes since Barr biases should have recused himself from performing any role in supervising or managing Mueller’s Trump/Putin&Russia investigations. It’s corrupt that Partisan Barr used his official position to inject partisanship into the Mueller Trump/Putin&Russia investigations given he argued in an 18 page letter/memo against Mueller’s investigation and made other comments against it before his appointment by Trump and confirmation by the Senate as Trump’s Republican Fixer. The public simply can not trust Barr with any official role in those investigations.
Congress should press forward with consideration of the Mueller Report and its own hearings/investigations since doubts exists and Trump and Republicans have not allowed Mueller to honestly complete his task of bringing criminals, traitors, and conspirators to justice. WHY DON’T THEY VIGOROUSLY DO THEIR JOB AND STOP WAITING AND STALLING AND GENERATING CONTROVERSY ABOUT AN EXECUTIVE BRANCH MUELLER REPORT? Talk about and have controversy over the Mueller report when it is ready, not now.
Is the Premature focus and controversy over the Mueller report an attempt to snooker and distract Americans from Pelosi/Democrats failure to thus far launch complete/comprehensive investigations/hearings of Trump/Russia conspiracies? The whole controversy – at least for now, but later very relevant – is a phony, contrived, and deliberate distraction. Are Schiff and Pelosi/Democrats generating distraction? Weeks ago Schiff first criticized Mueller for not probing deeply into Trump’s finances. Then last week a false report occurred that Mueller was releasing his report. Now, there is whipped up, premature controversy on Mueller’s Report: What if it’s not released? What if it’s incomplete when given to the Congress? What if Barr doesn’t release it? What if Barr and Mueller need to be Subpoenaed? Schiff’s investigations/hearing are closed to the public. Why doesn’t he focus on opening his own committee’s hearing/investigations to the public and push for Pelosi/Democrats to allow open, public, and complete/comprehensive hearings/investigations from all committees.

WHY IS ADAM SCHIFF WAITING ON THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH BEFORE DOING CONGRESS’ JOB? Shouldn’t Schiff be spending more time holding his own open Trump/Russia hearings/investigations and less time talking tough about subpoenaing a possibly insufficient/very limited Mueller Report?

Do the Pelosi/Democrats have the integrity/courage to do their jobs? For sometime now this website’s blogs have urged Pelosi/Democrats to aggressively begin their own independent hearings/investigations on the Trump/Russia conspiracy and related allegations. That’s Congress’ responsibility and duty under the constitutional’s grants of authority to them. Such hearings/investigations would give the public an independent view from that of an executive branch Mueller report. It would also provide the basis for it to exercise its impeachment duties against government officials including the president.
Although, there’s been one hearing with the House Judiciary Committee touching on Trump/Russia Conspiracy, nearly four months after the Pelosi/Democrats win of the House, the public’s seen or been informed of no comprehensive investigations so far, but of only a few limited investigations. There are the scheduled Cohen hearings – one open before the Oversight Committee and two closed before the House Intelligence Committee. There are also reports of committees building up and hiring staff. But the public’s heard little from Maxine Waters on her Finance Committee investigations/hearings. Why has she suddenly spoken so little about Trump/Russia Conspiracy when she was so outspoken about it in the past. The few times she’s spoken, she has been vague about investigations/hearings – in one case of her going on Rachel Maddow – strangely she couldn’t hear the anchor – so she couldn’t complete the interview.
It appears that Pelosi/Democrats may be stalling their own comprehensive set of investigations and running out the clock for the next 2020 elections. Adam Shiff’s Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. Today on ABC’s This Week television program he spent time talking about what ifs about an uncertain Mueller report on Trump/Russia: What if there is a Mueller report?: There’s nothing known as to what the quantity or completeness or secrecy or classification or any other number of things in such a report. What if Barr blocks release of portions of the report?: They’ll subpoena the report. They’ll subpoena Barr. They’ll take it to court if the subpoena isn’t obeyed. What will happen with Mueller? They’ll subpoena him? But no doubt what he reveals will be limited by secrecy/confidentially, and security classifications, privacy protections of witnesses. Those things will stall; they’ll run out the clock.
Is Schiff’s/Media’s reliance on Mueller’s report, at this stage of the Trump/Russia Conspiracy, designed to engage in running out the clock in endless time consuming focus on the Mueller report rather than conducting thorough independent Congressional investigations on what happened during the Trump/Russia Conspiracies. So, the Mueller report is ready. Then there’s endless struggles and debates on releasing it. Then there’s struggle over subpoenaing Barr and Mueller. Then there’s debate/struggle over secrecy classifications, executive privilege, Mueller and Barr’s right not to answer questions, and much much more. Then there are court cases. By the time all that’s sorted, the focus will have shifted from Congress’ responsibility to conduct its own independent hearings/investigations, to the 2020 presidential campaign; that’ll be in full swing; they’ll have ran out the clock. What’s going on with Pelosi/Democrats?
Pelosi/Democrats have not yet fully demonstrated that they are determined to hold full and comprehensive investigations into the Trump/Russia Conspiracy, that’s imperative to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

Today’s Commentary on: Hearings and INVESTIGATION/REPORT: GENUINE/TRUSTED V. COVER-UP/WHITEWASH

Yesterday, the news was partially, very good. But there was also partially very bad news. First, the possibly very bad news, then the very good news:
The bad news of coverup/whitewash is that a partially complete open investigation is paired with a partially incomplete closed investigation. To intelligently and rightly protect and improve their democracy the public needs to know what’s going on with its government/elected leaders; so, secrecy needs to be avoided because its the tool of evil doers/scoundrels seeking to coverup and void detection. So, there is concern that Adam Schiff announced on 02/20/2019 that a closed hearing will be held with Michael Cohen on Trump/Russia 2016 election interference. That’s particularly disturbing since Pelosi/Democrats will be continuing Republicans’ policy of secrecy. It’s also disturbing since the Trump/Putin election interference is the most important hearings/investigations because it deals with matter involving the rights of American citizens to fairly vote to chose their leaders and Hillary Clinton’s stolen presidency.
Partially very good news in terms on genuine/trustworthy efforts came from the House’s Pelosi/Democrats yesterday which falls into the category of genuine/trustworthy efforts of Pelosi/Democrats to hold open public hearings/investigations. The House’s Government Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings announced that a public hearing with Michael Cohen will be held. Also, very good news that Schiff and Cummings appear to be respecting each others areas of responsibility with Cummings agreeing not to go into questions on Russia’s 2016 election interference since that would intrude into Schiff’s area of responsibility on intelligence and counter intelligence.
Finally, its very good news to see Speaker Pelosi/Democrats courageously exercising their constitutionally grant powers by rebuking threats from Donald Trump. On 02/20/2019, in “Nancy Pelosi threatens Donald Trump over Michael Cohen’s newly scheduled testimony”, in the Palmer Report, it was reported that Speaker Pelosi Twitted: “Michael Cohen will come the @OversightDems & @HouseIntel Committees next week. Congress has an independent duty under the Constitution to conduct oversight of the Executive Branch, and any efforts to intimidate family members or pressure witnesses will not be tolerated.”
So, here the public see a mixed bag of possible genuine/trustworthy efforts and possible coverup/whitewash efforts; so, as this blogger has said from the beginning, lets withhold judgement and continue to watch what’s happening before making a conclusive judgment on genuine/trustworthy or coverup/whitewash.
Congresses’ of America Courageous, Inspiring Histories/Roles In Guiding An Independent & Liberty Loving America
The USA Congresses have histories 2nd to none other in the world as defenders and protectors of the people’s rights. Sure, they have had plenty of periods when they had not lived up to their noble roles for which they can be criticized. But today, hours before the contempt proceedings against AG William Barr, this blogger wants to emphasize, his admiration for the more noble periods in the histories of the USA’s Congresses when they have taken stands to defend and protect the people and the American systems of constitutional order, rule of law, and democratic republic. We want to emphasize American Congresses’ nobler roles because Americans/America are under attack from a domestic enemy who is a Criminal Traitor Crime Boss and his Underboss, Republican Fixer, Justice Obstructing, Covering up/Whitewashing Elite Attorney General William Barr.
Americans’ two Congresses have played noble roles in the nation’s history. Americans remember that it was the predecessor Congress and this successor Congress that helped guide the nation to declare its independence; had the wisdom to appoint a great commander in chief, General George Washington, to lead the Revolutionary War for independence; appointed other able leaders, as diplomats, representative, and agents of the 13 colonies; guided and passed much of the enabling legislation for the new government and nation created by the 1787 Constitution; supported President Lincoln in saving the nation during the Civil War; wrote the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments to ensure the freed men’s freedoms, citizenship, and rights; and did so much more good to defend and protect men and women in the USA and around the world. Like its predecessor Congress, the current Congress is vital for helping the people to protect and defend their system of civil rights and liberties and freedoms.
Let’s support our Congress and its people’s House of Representatives in enforcing their rights/responsibilities against lawless leaders, would be tyrants/authoritarians/dictators, and their official minions who are an existential threat to this Congress’ and its predecessor Congress’ good works that provides protections and defense for Americans/America. By urging this Congress to at least hold AG William Barr in contempt and to fine him, every individual American will be urging protections for themselves and for the USA against criminal, treasonous, corrupt, authoritarian, dictatorial, and tyrannical leaders and against their corrupt official minions. And they will also be meeting Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.
